Besides a high-quality educational seminar designed for executives which will be led by an internationally experienced expert we offer to each participant the following services:

At MTI we take the quality of our work very seriously. We extend a 100% no-questions-asked refund guarantee to each paid participant of any of our seminars should you have evidence that our promises where not insufficiently met.
Our guarantee extents particularly and unconditionally to the quality of delivery of any expert we commission to lead a MTI seminars. To avail our guarantee we require you to get back to us not later than 3 calendar days after a seminar in writing (email/fax) detailing your concerns.

- The maximum number of participants you can register from one organisation is
8 + 2.
- We consider registrations from 3+1 participants as a Group. As a Group you will receive dedicated & branded tables and VIP FastTrack Registration.
- For larger groups exceeding
10 participants and/or company-specific requirements consider engaging a specialist expert to deliver a bespoke intervention at your premises (see: "In-Company Training"').

Should you or any of your group members - for whatever reason - be unable to attend the MTI Seminar for which you registered for, we of course welcome substitute participants anytime. Simply inform us of the changes in good time.
A full refund, less a service charge of 10%, will be made for cancellations received via email/fax 4 weeks prior to the seminar. A 50% refund will be made for
cancellations received 2 weeks prior to the event. Regrettably, no refunds can be
made for cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the event. |

| In case of cancellations you will be refunded 100%. In case a seminar is postponed you can choose between a 100% refund or attending on the new dates. |

| Participants are responsible for making their own travel, visa and accommodation arrangements. MTI has arranged a preferred room rate with the venue. If you wish to book a room, please contact the venue direct mentioning the code we will provide you with. |

MTI fees do not include applicable Service Tax. An email titled "MTI - Registration Confirmation - " will be sent to you after you have made a successfull online registration. Your will be assigned a dedicated MTI Account Manager who will be there for you at all times. You will be emailed an electronic (PDF format) invoice prior to your seminar. Please note that full payment must be received prior to the event. Only participants whose fees have been paid in full will be admitted to the event. Payment by company cheques or bankers draft must be in Indian Rupees. International participants shall settle fees to MTI in US Dollars.
